    A Scoping Sprint: 5 business days, $2,500 (founding-client price, regular $5,000). You finish with a plan and a fixed quote.

    Build or lead

    A fixed price for the build, or a monthly retainer for fractional CTO work.

  3. 3.

    Run

    Ongoing care, or a clean hand-off with docs.
