FAQ

Will the AI make mistakes?
Sometimes, which is why I design for it: confidence checks, human review on the decisions that matter, and a log of everything the system does. The goal is fewer errors than the manual process, not zero oversight.
What if our software has no API?
Many automations work through the same web portals your team logs into, or through email and documents. I confirm what's feasible in the sprint, before you commit to a build.
Who owns it?
You own the code and your data. I document everything so another developer could take it over.
What does it cost to run?
AI and hosting usage, billed at cost, is usually a modest monthly amount. Care & support plans (monitoring, fixes and improvements) typically run $1,500–$3,000 a month. I estimate running costs in the sprint, so there are no surprises.
Is my data safe?
I use the minimum access needed, encrypt sensitive data and keep audit logs. If your data is regulated, we plan for that from the first day.
