MVP Build · typically $30,000–$75,000

Launch a real first version of your product, not a prototype.

I take your product from plan to production: auth, payments, error handling, monitoring and a path to scale. AI-assisted delivery means the build costs less and lands sooner.

Why first versions stall

Good fit

  • Founders with a validated idea and a budget for a real first version
  • Businesses turning an internal tool or a service into a product
  • Teams replacing a prototype or no-code app that has outgrown itself

Not a fit

  • Ideas still looking for a problem (start with customers, or with the sprint)
  • Design-only work without a build

What you get

How it works

  1. Week 1

    Scope it

A Scoping Sprint turns the idea into a version-one scope, an architecture plan and a fixed quote.

  2. Every 2 weeks

    Build in short cycles

Working software in your hands every cycle, not a multi-month build with nothing to show.

  3. Launch

    Ship it

    Deployed, monitored and documented.

  4. After launch

    Support or hand off

30 days of support included. Then ongoing care, or a clean hand-off to your team.

Typically 6–12 weeks after scoping.

Pricing

Typically $30,000–$75,000

Your fixed price is set in the Scoping Sprint.

Timeline: Typically 6–12 weeks after scoping

Start with the Scoping Sprint (the MVP version). You get a fixed build quote, and the sprint fee comes off the build if you go ahead within 30 days.

FAQ

Do I own the code?
Yes. Everything lives in your repositories and is documented so any team can take over.
What does AI-assisted delivery mean for me?
I use AI tools for the routine parts of a build, like scaffolding, tests and migrations, with a review gate before anything ships. You get the same quality for less time and money.
What stack do you use?
Whatever fits. Recent work: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Astro, Supabase, tRPC, Claude, Deepgram. I'm not religious about tools.
What happens after launch?
30 days of support are included. After that, keep me on for ongoing care, or hand it to your team with the docs.

If it's a fit, the next step is a 5-day Scoping Sprint, $2,500 (founding-client price, regular $5,000), credited in full if we keep going.
